Eligibility for a Refund

  • You must notify us of your intention to return a digital product within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

  • After notifying us, you’ll have an additional 14 calendar days to complete the return process.

  • Please note: Refunds are not available for customized or specially licensed digital items.

How to Request a Return

2. Follow Instructions
We’ll respond with clear instructions, which may include steps to deactivate product access or verify your request.

3. Verification & Refund
Once your return is verified, we’ll process the refund.

  • You are responsible for any technical or access-related restrictions that may arise due to the return process.

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after verification.

  • Refunds to credit/debit cards may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
